The prize draw to discover the winner of the Fifty Plus Winter 2009/10 competition took place on Wednesday 21^st May 2010 at the offices of Liat Airlines in Collymore Rock. 

The first correct entry drawn by Liat Marketing Associate, Folayan Taitt, had been sent in by  Annette Stephany of Navy Gardens, Christ Church who won an all inclusive holiday for two at Smuggler’s Cove St. Lucia, courtesy of Liat Airlines and Almond Resorts.  Annette received her prize at a champagne reception in her honour held at the recently refurbished Almond Casuarina Resort in Dover, Christ Church.  Her prize was presented by Liat’s Folayan Taitt and Almond Resorts Marketing Manager, Clint Manning and BARP was represented by Fifty Plus Editor Michael Goodman. 

“I was thrilled when I got the telephone call to tell me I had won,” said Annette.  “I’ve never won anything before and it seemed so long ago, I had almost forgotten I had entered the competition.”
