Fifty Plus editor Michael Goodman and Foster & Ince Cruise Consultant Sheena Eteen look on as BARP President, Kathleen Drayton draws the winning entry in the Winter 2008 issue of Fifty Plus Magazine competition with the fantastic prize of a Caribbean Cruise for two aboard Carnival Victory presented in association with Foster and Ince Cruiseworld. 

The lucky winner was Shirley Howell of Wildey, St. Michael who received a telephone call from Fifty Plus Editor Michael Goodman to tell her that she had won.  Mrs. Howell was delighted by the news, "I've never won anything before," she said.

Shirley Howell is the third person to win a prize in the Winter 2008/2009 issue of Fifty Plus.  Earlier this year, two lucky winners were drawn in another competition in the magazine, the first of whom won a fully automatic top of the range blood pressure monitor, courtesy of Carib Rehab Limited.  That went to Whitfield Richards of Clapham Heights St. Michael.  The second winner was Richard Miller of Mullins Terrace, St Peter, who also won a top of the range, manual, blood pressure monitor, also courtesy of Carib Rehab Limited.
